Our commitment
Privacy is more than a document. We apply these principles when we design features, choose service providers, and handle your data.
Every app has its own policy that explains what data is handled, why, and with whom it is shared — in plain language.
Sensitive records such as journals and relapse history stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us, so there is no server copy to leak or sell.
No account is needed for core features. You can delete records, export your data, or erase all app data at any time, and revoke notification or biometric permissions whenever you like.

No. StopPMO is designed so that streaks, relapses, triggers, moods, and journals stay on your device. We do not operate user accounts or a server that receives those records. We only see the information you choose to send us when you contact support.
None from the App. Core features work without an account, and StopPMO has no analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. The only personal data we ever receive is what you send yourself — for example the email address and message content when you contact support. You can choose not to contact us.
No. The App shows no third-party ads, does not use an advertising ID, and does not sell or rent data to data brokers. Subscriptions are not offered, so there is no billing data either.
Use the delete all data option in the App settings, or clear the app's data in Android settings. Uninstalling the App also removes local data. Because we never store your recovery records, we cannot restore them. For data questions or requests, email nandacomp1075@gmail.com.
No. StopPMO is intended for adult users aged 18 and over and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below that age. If you become aware of this happening, please contact us so we can follow up.
No. This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. We only store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address for security and service delivery, in line with GitHub's privacy policy.
